Dressed in a dapper purple suit and always holding his trusty gavel, Frank is more than just our brand ambassador; he’s a symbol of our commitment to excellence in property auctions. With a keen eye for both Residential and Commercial properties, Frank brings a unique blend of charm and expertise to our team.
Frank enjoys exploring the local ponds and gardens outside of work, practising his auctioneer calls by the water’s edge. He’s an avid fan of lily pad hopping and often participates in community events, bringing his enthusiasm and expertise to charity auctions. Frank also loves spending time with fellow amphibians and sharing stories and tips about the property market.

Andrew Stallard MNAVA –
Auctioneer/Managing Director
Andrew has founded and run several businesses over the last two decades; working in the business support sector helping SME’s to grow by taking advantage of the latest technology solutions. In 2014, he jumped into the world of property auctions. Initially, Andrew was supposed to be a silent partner but from the very first auction, he was bitten by the auction bug. He is now the owner of The Auction Department covering Essex, Kent and the surrounding areas, delivering services across 2,706 Square Miles of land with over 1.3M Residential Properties. Since joining the property auction sector he has helped sell over 500 properties and raised over £95M for their clients. Andrew states, “My greatest asset is my staff, I rely on the people in my business and trust them completely to deliver the highest levels of service possible.”
In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, collecting cars, swimming, and being a keen foodie, regularly serving up his signature dish, Steak Diane Flambe. An impressive, yet easy choice he says. After many lessons in aviation, he aspires to one day achieve his private pilot’s licence.
Sikander Basra - Director
Sikander has been involved in the property industry for over 15 years and comes from a developer and investor background. He has a keen eye for finding a perfect auction lot and is now a Director of The Auction Department.
He regularly receives positive feedback from his clients and enjoys building new business relationships daily. Away from the office Sikander enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends.
Tim Stallard - Auctioneer/Director
Tim has always been interested in academia and science and enjoys nature walks and astronomy. He is also an able chess player and runs a weekly chess club with friends.
He also has a creative side and enjoys drawing, painting, and other crafts.
Tim is known for his friendly and approachable personality, who is dedicated to his career and helping people become successful in the property industry.
Toni Regan - Area Manager
Toni’s career path has been a journey in management, training, and HR for corporate retail companies. She is passionate and driven about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a vendor, buyer, or partner agent, creating loyalty and return investments for the company.
Toni recently moved into a house by the sea and has started the refurbishment which has sparked interest in watching loads of YouTube videos on interior design and furniture renovation.
Lucy Slowey - Auction Administrator
Lucy joined the team with a strong administration background and a keen passion for entering the property industry. Lucy is responsible for all the administration side of each auction cycle which includes dealing with legal documents and liaising with solicitors.
Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending time expressing her creative side with hobbies such as crochet and needlework. She also loves socialising with friends and family and going on long walks with her Pomeranian, Gizmo.
